About us
Our team consists of a combination of talents experienced in wastewater treatment, process control, and software engineering.

Dr. Alex Ekster, principal, is a registered Civil and Mechanical Engineer, grade IV wastewater treatment operator, and diplomat of the Academy of Environmental Engineers. He has authored and co-authored dozens of papers and presentations discussing wastewater treatment optimization and automation. He also is a contributing author for the Metcalf and Eddy Wastewater Engineering textbook. In 1998, Dr. Ekster received a Philip Morgan Medal for development of SRT control technology.

Ms. Crisitina Pena, M.S., process specialist, has 10 years of water and wastewater experience. She has authored and co-authored a number of papers devoted to process automation and optimization. Ms.Crisitina Pena is a recipient of several research awards.

Mr. Yuri Manirko, M.S., process control specialist, has over 20 years of experience in process control technology. He is versatile in regulatory as well as advanced control. He is also a certified network engineer.

Mr. Andrew Gusev, B.S., Software Engineer, has over 5 years of experience in C and C++ programming.

Mr. Michael Dubin, B.S, Software Engineer, has over 9 years of experience in database and user interface programming
